Lets go hunt some sharks! (maybe not...)

Lets go hunt some shark so that we can have shark fin soup tonight! ha ha ha ha... ok maybe not. Anyway, sharks are endangered species and we should not eat shark fin so that fishermen dun have to risk their lives harvesting sharks and sharks will have fun in sea... :D

Blackfeathers 2010 Calendar!

My mini project to commemorate 2009 and to celebrate 2010.
I am making a personal weekly (This is inspired by pictoplasma's 2005 & 2006 calendar) calendar using all of my quirky artwork i created since 2005. :)
I hope i can mass produce this kind of calendar for the year 2011. Who knows if that will happen?

Wow, its November already?!

Man, 2009 flies by like a flash! I can still remember what i drew and watched last year in the month of November! Its also time for a new calendar.. Hmmm... wait... i have an idea...

Tinji Sword

Paper sword number 2. Made this for my son Etienne AKA Tinji or TeenG.
He loves it and kept coming after me with it.

Took me 3 hours, bits of clear tape, many sheets of recycled paper(old proofs and stuff) and 4 X A3 print outs for the blade texture, handle and hilt.

I used FW paint from Rowney Daler. It would work better if i had primer and air brush, but heck here it is. :)

Updates of the Sculpey Knight!

Yay.. finally able to bake my sculpey properly without burning! It stank like mad when its burnt. :D

I burnt his weapon the Zard and his right forearm... Guess i will have to rebuild them.

Here's my first attempt at making my own figurine using sculpey. Its really fun and eay to use so far. I am crossing my fingers on the baking and painting part later on. Will update sooN! :D

Testing out the colours for this piece. Actually i prefer doing loose colouring. Its very fun and stress free. :)
